VMWare 5.x certification for old x86 hardware

 What are Oracle's plans to certify old equipment for VMware/Vsphere 5.x ?
Old equipment == X4470, X4250 and X4450 ?

Or should do we need to replace our entire VMWare server base with something that is supported ?
