Migration on 8i to 10g

Hello,

Now we want to Migrate Oracle 8i (8.1.6) to Oracle 10g
we have done some steps manually.

1.we have created database from oracle 10g

2. create table and index and views and trigger created manually.

this two step s  sucesfully done .

 i have questio about moving data that means we need to extraction data from oracle 8i to and load  in data oracle 10g  how we do this steps .  

so please advice me how to  do resolve this issues.
