Making Pick Slips NOT print for Items in 'blank' Location

We are running Transfer Orders (ST), using pretty standard setup in Inventory and SO Management systems.

We are using Commitment Method '1' which pulls from primary first, then from other locations, based on availability.

We have set the primary location as the 'blank' location for all items.

Items are not supposed to be stocked in the 'blank' location, but sometimes they are, due to errors in processing.

Since the 'blank' location is not a "real" location, we do not want to print any items only stored in 'blank' location on the Pick Slips.

First I tried using a line of data selection: Where Location (LOCN) (F4211) is not equal to " . . ".
