I/O slowliness - tools for monitoring I/O

Dear All,
I've a critical slowness in our T2000 server running Solaris 10u10, the issue is there is everything is normal with iostat and there is no wait in the queue but the system still slow.
Have you a tool for monitoring the low level I/O to diagnose and know the root cause of this issue.
