Payroll YTD conversion

Hello,

When YTD amounts are converted (or manually entered), some DBAs are 'pro-rated" based on the number of pay types included for that employee.  How is that determined by the system?  Taxable Benefits? 

I see this in the Payment History for our converted YTDs but do not see any connection......
