Upgrade EBS R12.0.2 to 12.1.x on IBM AIX 64-bit

Hi all,

We have EBS R12.0.2 on AIX 5.3 (IBM Power 64-bit system) and plan to upgrade it to 12.1.x, our db version now is 10.2.0.4. Now, i'm looking for the best practice to apply it.

If you have experiences, information or anything about this.. please share with me. What we must to do first, etc.
