Not able to place sales order from approved Quote

Hi ,

Problem Description: When create sales order from Approved Quote system showing Warning due to which we are not able to place Order
Warning:-
1)The model configurations in the quote have been validated.
2)The following model configurations are Invalid or Incomplete: 1.0.
3)Please review the quote prior to placing it as an order.
