Position Based Approval Heirarchy of Requisition

in Position based approval hierarchy we assign certain positions and makes the hierarchy in this manner that one after another people use to give the approval ….. now my question is that can we assign the hierarchy in this manner that if purchasing user enter the requisition and send it for approval so when we send  the requisition for approval so at the same time two person reciieve the his notification and that requisition can only be approval if both of these person gives the approval …
