Patch 6678700: cstrrsupg.sql hang while 12.1.1 upgrade from 11.5.10.2

Hi All,

cstrrsupg.sql running on all 16 workes and all of them running status about 10 hours
Fron worker log running command like below
sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/apps/R12/apps/apps_st/appl/bom/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/cstrrsupg.sql &un_po &batchsize 2 16

When control tablespace size faced APPS_UNDOTS is %100, then I added datafile to this tablesapce but after that 
still workers stuck in runing status. After that from adctrl I failed all workers and restart all of them again
