select for suppliers balance but it take a lot of time

-- i want to get suppliers balance from xla tables .1- i created view roy_ap_suppliers_bal_det.
2- make query to get suppliers balance.
3- when make report it take a lot of time.

it takes around 3 minutes in sql.
but it takes a lot of time in report builder it may be exceed one hour.
after make template it exceeds one hour on application.

i will upload roy_ap_suppliers_bal_det and upload select which i used it on report builder(select_report_builder).
