Promt using Activity created date column

Hi,

I have created a report on Activity Subject Area which shows list of the Activities and their other details. My requirement is to create a column prompt on Column 'Activity created Date'. It should show the following options in the promt: Last 30 days, Last 45 days and Last 90 days. Also, when user chooses the option Last 30 days then he should get list of all the activities that are created in last 30 days ie. (CURRENT_DATE-30). Similarly for Last 45 and Last 90 Days.

Is it possible to create such prompt? If yes, then how?
