9058835 CU4 : Fails with compilation error in MSCBALWB.fmx and MSCOSCWB.fmx

9058835 patch is applied that fails with the error in the both the above form

Suggested  manual compilation of form using

frmcmp_batch module=MSCOSCWB.fmb userid=apps/<appspwd>
output_file=$MSC_TOP/forms/US/MSCOSCWB.fmx module_type=form batch=yes
compile_all=special

The underlying Pll seems to have compiled without error.

Please help.

Both US and AR form fails .
