'Contact Name' corresponding to 'Customer NAme'

Hi,

In SR form, user has to select 'Contact Name' from LOV attached to that and it will based on Customer Name (Organization Name) selected from LOV attached .

Can there be any setup/profile option/form personalization, so that contact name will populate automaticatty once user selects customer name (if only one contact is defined to a particular customer). If more than one contacts are defined with customer, then user can select from LOV attached.
