We are receiving the following error intermittently for one customer.

Owner account for external parties is mandatory. Please provide a valid Account for the Owner Party - 1702933.

All accounts and parties are active and we can copy one order that failed and process the new order and it will succeed...very strange...has anyone run into this issue before?
