Siebel patch 7.8.2.16 SIA [19255] issue

Hi All
Currently I am facing this issue after patching to 7.8.2.16. The Email Subject disappear in the "Communiations" view "Comm Inbound Item Body Applet"

But we can see if we give print preview. Please find the attachment for screenshot below.

Has anyone seen this issue before? if so please help me to resolve this.

Earlier with 7.8.2.10 it was working fine.
