11i Family Pack K Rollup 7 issues with running payroll and/or quick pay

 Our DBA has installed the 11i Family Pack K Rollup 7 patch and I can not get a quick pay or payroll process to complete?  We are on AIX server and Oracle support has been stalled on finding a resolution. Has anyone else had issues with concurrent processing in 11i Family Pack K Rollup 7?  It seems to be related to only payroll processing, and not every concurrent process tested? 
I would appreciate anyone's suggestion for how to move forward, since this is a patch required for year end processing in 2012.
