Need to find out why rac_frameworkgot faulted post reboot.

1)This was a test case.

1)Shutdown node1

2) Shutdown node2

3)boot node1 and followed by node2.

I know the bring up procedure is worng, but its a test case carried out in out testbed.

Now need to understand why the rac_frameworkgot in to fault state in node2 and is it a expected behaviour?

Its a 2-node cluster with mpxio enabled.
