First Responder wins voting method in isupplier portal

 I created an approval-group with a voting method "First responded wins" on AME's transaction type , POS Supplier Approval Management, on the iSupplier Portal.
The notification is however only sent to the first person returned by the dynamic query and not to all on the list. 

Is this feature available for iSupplier Portal's Supplier Approval using AME process?
