Unable to customize supplier page in AP. The change of the "initial value" doesn't take effect

Hi all,

In the supplier page / address book /  management site / tab Identification (html page) , i would like to customize the field 'other name of the site'

i change the "initial value" by constant like 'TEST' for example.

Save it

but the change is not operational when i create a new site.

whereas if i change the order of the fields or change the prompt of the field, the change is operational

Do you have any ideas about the no change ?
