Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Item and UOM not in Price List

Hi,

We are facing an issue which is explained in attachement.

A message pops up while trying to enter item quantity. While checking Price List Setup Item is defined there.

Only thing which we notice is in the Price List Qualifier Setup Customer Group is missing.

Is this message appearing due to this or some other reason ?
