Record Allotment on "Team" records
I have been working on reducing our records in CRM on Demand and have found that duplicate "Team" records appear to be counted toward the allotment when I look under the Record Utilization List under Admin/Service Allotment Admin. For example, we have 1934 records under Leads and 1934 records under Lead Team and all of the record types appear to be counted like this. We are not using the "Team" function, so is there a way I can turn this function off and/or delete the Team records without affecting the main records? thanks
