Audit table process

Hi Gurus,Recently  on my work I implemented audit function for table DML but i had problem when analist ask me about which application made changes.
In SYS.FGA_LOG$ OR SYS.AUD$  not provided information about module(application).
I need put information about application into audit record,anyone have a manual trigger for this or other things for accomplish this task?
