 Hi,    One of database/cluster failed to start  of 2 nodes cluster. Error from crs log file

CSSD][1101584704]clssnmvDHBValidateNCopy: node 1,has a disk HB, but no network HB, DHB has rcfg 234380933,
 wrtcnt, 5106334, LATS 238459894, lastSeqNo 5106331, uniqueness 1340375884, timestamp 1340631318/254814044

Pls. advice what could be  issue, and how can it be resolve.
