Sun T3-2 Server mismatched format

Hello all,

I came across an issue when trying to add additional hard drives on my Sun Sparc T3-2 Server. I initially shut down the server gracefully (init 0) and once at the ok prompt, I added the 2 hds. I ran a boot -r and the following errors came up when I ran a format:
