After upgrade to 12.1.3, while starting OPMN, Issue: error while loading shared libraries: libcxa.so

 After upgrade to 12.1.3 I found the below errors when start application :- adopmnctl.sh start
You are running adopmnctl.sh version 120.4.12000000.3
Starting Oracle Process Manager (OPMN) ...
/opt/oraappl/COEBS/apps/tech_st/10.1.3/opmn/bin/opmn: error while loading shared libraries: libcxa.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
/opt/oraappl/COEBS/apps/tech_st/10.1.3/opmn/bin/opmn: error while loading shared libraries: libcxa.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
