Tax Profile not visible from Customer Account/Site

Hello 

The Tax Profile button is not visible from the customer account or site. However the tax profile is created for both Third Party and Third Party site. 
I am accessing the customer screens from Standard Receivables Super User resp. Am I missing anything ?
