Error migrating Incident Address in Service Requests
We are developing a custom program for migrating Service Requests from a legacy system.
We are facing a problem while migrating one of the fields "Incident Address". Below is the error we get when we:
a. Open the migrated SR
b. Select an Engineer as the Assignee
c. Change the Status to Assigned and save the record
You cannot use the address you have selected as the incident address for a field service task.
You must supply an incident address that has been created as a customer address.
Either select an existing customer address or create the customer address first.
