oracle opatch available for 10.2.0.5 on window server 2008 R2

Hi

I  have installed oracle 10.2.0.4 on window server 2008 R2 . after that i have aapplied patch 10.2.0.5 on 10.2.0.4.
Now my database server and database both are 10.2.0.5.

But when our security team run Vulnerability Assessment on servers then it is reverting with critical vernability on servers
as below :-
1). Oracle HTTP Server, January 2006 Critical Patch Update (opatches)
2). Oracle HTTP Server, October 2006 Critical Patch Update (opatches)

These two patches need to be installed.
From where i can download these two patches and

How can i implement on server?
