Procurement: How to set Tax rate area for multiple branch?

Hi Everyone

I would like to set tax rate area in supplier address book to have 2 different values depending on which Branch Plant is doing the purchase.

I have 2 branch Plants A and B purchasing from the same supplier N.
If "A" is doing the purchase, tax rate area must show 7%
If "B" is doing the purchase, same tax rate area must show 0%

At the moment I cannot set P4008 differently for 2 branches, using same rate name. Is that possible?
