Unable to display company name in Statement report when printing documents

Hi,

Print Documents > Statements > enter parameter > click Submit.

The statement that's generated after performing the above steps does not contain the address of my company. It contains the customer details (i.e. name & address), but it does not show the name & address of my company on top of the statement in any of the pages.

Is there some setting that I need to alter or make for this to change?

I have saved my company details through these steps... HR (responsibility) > work structure > locations.

Appreciate any help.
