Printing the calender

in CRM On Demand - Administration (MOSC) Question
I have tried prinitng the calender ot see who is busy and available on which days, however the blue 'busy' days do not show in the printed calender.
Does anyone know why this is or how to get the busy days to print? What is the point of printing the calender if it doesnt show you who is busy when??
