Siebel server installation on laptop

Is it possibile to have the Siebel server environment installed on a laptop with high configuration?

 I'm planning to install Windows server 2003 OS (dual booting) then Siebel Enterprise server. Does Siebel server work normally as the OS is compatible? or it does check hardware compatability also?
