I am former Taleo user who has been converted to Oracle

I need major help. I am having little to no assistance in generating a report I need to develop in the new Insight reports with Taleo. I have attempted to get customer service but I get an automated response that is still not fixing my issue. Please if anyone knows how to generate a customize report  OR how to add parameters in the Fill Report I would greatly appreicate your asssitance.
