When was a program last used?

We are doing some scrubbing and cleanup in preparation for an upgrade. I believe I have the means to see when a report was last run. Is there a table with some sort of flag to show the last time a program was last accessed?

We've been on Xe since 2001. Back then, we had a division for which some custom programs were written (programs as opposed to reports). That division was sold off several years ago. It is believed that some of those programs are no longer needed and don't have to come across in the conversion / upgrade. But it would be nice if we could confirm their (lack of) use in a table or something.
