Contact Report Displayed on Account Page

I have merged all accounts into 1 main account (company HQ in most cases). In this single merged account's detail page, i have created a report to show all contacts at every location. i created a way to drill down on the location and have a new report pop up and show all contacts at that particular location. here is my issue: i need to be able to drill down on the contact last name and be brought to their contact detail page. how do i do this? this is the syntax i am currently using, but it does not
