index block corrupted, index rebuild online in 10g gives ORA-01452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX; duplicate keys found.

Need to find solution, the metalink doc says to find duplicate rows and delete them or rebuild index , as this is primary key index and is 56 GB size , is there a quick way to o this?
