OTL: Approvals
We have our approval style set such that the Project Manager receives the approval for timecard submissions. We would like to additionally allow for an executive approver to have the option of intervening at any time during the approval workflow and approve in behalf of the project manager. The needs to be done ad hoc without need for a sysadmin to reassign through the workflow and is not known at time of timecard entry whether the project manager or the exec will approve.
Any ideas on how to accomplish this?
Also have a similar question where a timekeeper needs to be able to approve any timecards that have been submitted but not approved on occasion.
