How To Set The Timezone

Hi Guru,we are facing the problem in R12 we are using the multi-org structure in R12 one is in EGYPT.US,and POLAND so my problem is how to set the timezone for each countries because last day of month we are using the open the period so how to set the time zone far each countries so that user are able to entry the data for his time zone
