OEM 12c - Oracle SSL Certificate does not work with Firefox 12 and up.

It works with Google Chrome, IE (ugh..I mean 8..dreadfully, painfully slow).  However, I have had significant trouble getting to work with Firefox 12, 13, 13.1.  MOS suggested I go back and use Firefox 5, 7, or 8.  Really?
I have tried adding exceptions, Export/Import certificate to make permanent.  Nothing seems to work.  Most of us use Firefox in the office (although I prefer Chrome).

I haven't tried Opera (heard they might be purchased by someone).
