Where is control file after issue 'alter database backup controlfile to trace;' in 11g?

Hi:

My Oracle database is 11.2.0.3, and I can't find where the trace file (control file re-creation destination) is after issuing 'alter database backup control file to trace;':

This is my Oracle Home and directory structure:
