Dispatch Center form not Open

Hi,

As we facing one issue. when we open the Diapatch center form system gives error message "CSF_CT_INVALID_UOM (P_PROFILE_OPTION_NAME=CSF: The unit of measure for minutes) (P_PROFILE_OPTION_VALUE=MIN)"

we working on R12.1.3 instance

Please suggest solution
