Build Test/Clone of OEM Grid 10.2.0.4

Hi,

currently we are running 10.2.0.4 grid control with 10.2.0.4 database running on RHEL4.8 32-bit.we wan to build a test environment of this OEM production. i shall be very thankful if some one can help me and answer my below question.

1- for MOCK i wan to build a same new environment on TEST Machine. for that i need backup of repository database (10.2.0.4) of production OEM. what is the best way to take backup of repository database and then restore it to an TEST environment.

2- should i need only to have repository backup. ? i will install 10.2.0.4 RDBMS software on test machine. then will resotore production repository backup. then i will install OEM 10.2.0.4. is this step is fine .
