Depot repair:Technician portal-Queries

Hi

We are on R12.1.3 and was looking for standard functionality to achieve the below business requirement.

Service admin:Create an SR,RO ,receive the RMA line and create  a WIP job-Set the status of the SR to be Awaiting Repair

Repair technician:Open the technician portal and perform evaluation,Execution on the repair job.Complete the WIP job and set RO status to be completed.

Need 1:

Once the WIP job status is set to Completed ,we wanted the system to set the SR status to "Repair Completed" automatically

or

Once the RO status is completed,we wanted the system to set the SR status to "Repair Completed" automatically
