Siebel 7.8.2.14 and 7.8.2.16 certification for Oracle DB 11.2.0.3

Hi,
We are planning to perform a DB patchset upgrade from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3 for a database currently running Siebel CRM  7.8.2.14. Any idea, if this version of Siebel CRM is certified for Oracle DB 11.2.0.3
Also, it would help to know, if Siebel CRM  7.8.2.16 is certified for Oracle DB 11.2.0.3.
