Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. IB tranasction error with null error text

Hi

One order is stuck at "WAIT IB POSTING". There are records in csi_txn_error but the error text is null.

I tried to submit error records using Resubmit Interface Process" but it did not help.

Can anyone provide me guidelines for analysing IB tranaction error with null error text.
