Oracle Applications Framework malfunction after patching

Dear fellow members

 At the Customer Site I'm working we have applied Recommended Patch Collections, Critical Patch Collections and Consolidated Bug Fixes on top of R12.1.3 Release Update Pack for all Product Families being installed (licensed ad shared).
This is done to solve data corruptions that are re-occurring due to numerous bugs that have been fixed after the Update Pack mentioned.
Patch application (151 :-(  ) has been done in a "Sandbox Instance" first to see how the instance "manifests" with respect to customizations, personalizations and standard processes.

First problem we are facing is that Framework pages look like a mess.

I would like to know is if anyone has "a corresponding experience" with such a behavior.
