How to find what a user Oracle process that uses 100% cpu is doing

edited Jun 13, 2018 11:08AM in Database Tuning (MOSC) 13 commentsAnswered
We have a process in a Weblogic server that connects to a database 11g in another server, and as soon as it starts the process for that connection on the DB side goes to 100% utilization and stays there until we kill it.
In the v$session the event is SQL*Net message from client. I tried do a sql trace from another session but no relevant information is captured, and I can't change the client process.
