Concurrent Manager is up & Running ,But all the reports are completing with error


This request finished with an error and produced the following completion message: Routine AFPEOT cannot initialize concurrent request information for 8073469. Review the concurrent manager log file for more detailed information. 

The processing began on  and ended on 27-JUN-2012 14:37:09. You may find more information on the cause of the error in the request log or the concurrent manager log.
