Unable to see the Thumbnails after importing the data from Production to QA

Hi,

Unable to see the Thumbnails after importing the data from Production to QA. Please help me on this.

Getting (X) cross mark on all the thumbnails.

All the configurations required to view the thumbnails are present the server.

also unable to open the file by selecting the row and clicking on open button(showing the progress bar with 0% progress)
