CRM OnDemand Desktop Configuration

in CRM On Demand - Supplemental Applications (MOSC) Question
Hi,
Any one can suggest me, can we associate Custom Objects with Standard Objects in CRM Desktop.
As I'm trying to add custom object 2 as a related information under Account/Contact, but unfortunately I'm not able to do the same. Kindly help on this at the earlist as i need to delivery this ASAP.
Also please provide referance materials other than OutlookConfigAdm.pdf.

Any help would be appreciated.
